Returns and Exchange Policy

Whistle and Wink is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your online order.

For returns, items in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable; less the shipping fees it cost Whistle and Wink to get the item to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges.

Retail Store Returns

Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store locations.
