Sales Tax
Whistle and Wink is required to collect a 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to a New Jersey address. Those who live outside New Jersey will not be charged sales tax, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes
You, as the recipient of an international shipment, may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are levied by your country once the shipment reaches your country.

These amounts are your responsibility - we will charge you only for the price of the merchandise and our shipping and handling costs. You may be required to pay these additional amounts before the courier will release your packages to you.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, since policies vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information, as these additional charges can be significant.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Whistle and Wink is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your order. Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable; less the shipping fees it cost Whistle and Wink to get the item to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges.
